Job Description
Admin Officer
Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of our client, HMCTS based in Bradford City Centre; we have a role available for an experienced administrator to join the team on full time basis,
This is a Temporary Position until March 2022 (possibility of extension)
Location: Exchange Square, Drake Street, Bradford, BD1 1JA
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay: £9.06ph rising to £9.78ph after 12 weeks in the assignment
Responsibilities include:
- Extracting and Filing court records.
- Attaching documents to court files and e-documents to e-files.
- Preparing files for court hearings and hosting court hearings as court clerk (this could be face to face or remotely by telephone or Microsoft Teams)
- Dealing with customer queries either face to face at the counter or by telephone, email or letter.
- General administrative duties
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Great customer service skills
- Very strong and recent administration background
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Quick learner
- Organisational skills are essential
- Being able to work independently following initial training and with guidance to refer to
- Excellent sickness record
