Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer based in Leeds City Centre to work for the Ministry of Justice. The rate of pay will be £7.98per hour rising to £9.45 per hour after 12 weeks.

You must be able to start at 08:30am can choose 1 hour or 30 mins for lunch.
The Probate Registry processes applications for grants of representation after death. Duties include:
" Post opening and receipting cheques
" Data entry - high level of speed and accuracy required (Must have very good Excel knowledge)
" Photocopying
" Filing
" Post-despatch
" Telephone answering and attending the counter to speak to customers


The role is available to start ASAP; we would need to get all references back in order to start the role. You will also need to undergo a DBS check which will need to come back clean.
