Our client is a government body looking for an Admin Officer to work within their busy courts!
The main form of communication with the customer is in written form letter and email, therefore strong literacy skills are essential. The phone is used to communicate with clients and therefore a good telephone etiquette is requires. Occasionally you will be required to meet with the customers face to face so good personal skills are needed.
The main duties are as follows:
Issuing of court documents to the customers
The hours of work are full time Monday - Friday (9.00 - 17:00).
