What you'll be doing:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* Managing email and telephone enquiries efficiently
* Progressing recruitment campaigns using in-house tracking systems and completing pre-employment checks
* Assisting with data collation to monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and advising customers accordingly
* Supporting departmental improvements and implementing best practices

Additional details:
* Start date: May 2026, with potential extension until August
* Rate of pay: £14.24 per hour
* Hours: 37 hours per week (4 days of 7.5 hours, 1 day of 7 hours)
* Fixed hours: 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6
* Hybrid working: 60% in the office, 40% remote
