Admin Officer -Bodmin

Job Description

Brookstreet are recruiting a temporary Admin Officer position for a government Client, for 6 Months based in Bodmin- PL31 1EB contract likely to be extended.
£12.33 per hour
This is an office-based role. Full training will be given.
Full time Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
Core hours 8 AM to 4:30 PM; 1 hour for lunch. Core hours 8 AM to 4 PM, 30 minutes for lunch.

The position is to provide support to the Administration team.
Duties may include, but not be limited to:
" Reception
" Creating orders on computer
" Managing calendars
" Dealing with building issues
" Managing customer queries
" Meeting and greeting visitors
" Taking deliveries
" Organising meeting rooms
" Ensuring refreshments are topped up
" Health & Safety checks
" General admin as required

Required skills:
" Basic admin experience
" Customer service skills
" Knowledge of Microsoft packages
" Communication skills both verbal and written

The role is subject to 3 years' referencing and a basic
