The Ministry of Justice - Admin Officer
Location: Bradford Phoenix House (office working)
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5:00 (37 hours)
Pay: £10.57ph and then will rise to £11.88ph after 12 weeks
Contract- Temporary on-going (subject to further extension)
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team under the Civil Reform jurisdiction with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford! The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing of Civil Judgements and Obligations online
- Processing Court Direction Questionnaires
- Customer contact and enquiries
- Sending file bundles digitally via email or through online database systems
- Sending outgoing post requests to external users
- Dealing with confidential information
- Working with a high-volume output
- Data entry
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Excellent sickness record
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Quick learner
- Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
- Strong IT skills
