Job Description

We have an exciting new job opportunity for an Admin Officer to join one of our Government clients in Clerkenwell Shoreditch. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Data inputting
  • Standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions.
  • Assisting court users, supporting listing and rota management, checking files
  • Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
  • Contact with customers over the telephone and written correspondence
  • Drafting orders and letters
  • Working with resident judiciary, and or bailiffs,

Skills required:

  • Good excel skills
  • Good typing speed
  • Good accurate recording and record keeping e.g., Delius
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently via phone, email etc and to remote workforce
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good customer service

Salary: The pay rate is £12.29 per hour with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
