Admin Officer - Facilities Management

Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Tewkesbury is looking for a flexible Admin Office to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis for three months with the possibility of extension.

This role will involve facilities management across multiple sites in the Hereford and Gloucester whereby a pool car will be provided. This vacancy will be full time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Responsibilities will include:
- Covering leave across sites where required
- Complete building checks/checklists
- Complete check in of contractors
- Update systems and book meeting space
- Provide customer service on-site
- Manage a number of pool cars

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Have good telephone and written communication
- Be able to confidently work independently

As this role will require movement between sites, you must hold a full clean licence with access to your own vehicle or be comfortable with driving automatic vehicles. This role will be fully office based.

This role will be offering a pay rate of £10.90 per hour to start as soon as possible pending the necessary compliance checks
