Job Description

Part time Admin Officer required for Belfast City Centre

Our client has confirmed that the role is part time and temporary to June with a possible extension

Being an Administrative Officer is all about making sure that day-to-day office tasks are done smoothly. You will work as part of a team, keeping things in order and undertaking clerical and secretarial duties.

We are looking at CV`s that demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures.
Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
Good typing and keyboard skills.
Managing administrative processes.
A good level of English spelling and grammar.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Our client has requested that applicants must have 5 GCSE`S at Grade C or above and be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.81 per hour
