Job Description

Admin Officer required for our Public Sector client based in Belfast

This vacancy is full time hours, Monday to Friday 37 hours and temporary ongoing

You will be required to complete administrative tasks and support the Senior Management team, this will include, uploading information to the systems, filing, scanning, answering calls in a polite and professional manner

As an Administrative Assistant, you need to be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. Always be prepared and responsive and be willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication

Our client has confirmed that you must have 5 GCSE`s and be willing to apply for an Access NI if successful

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.81 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
