Admin Officer
Aylesbury
Temporary, Part Time
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Public Sector client to recruit an Admin Officer. This is a temporary role based in Aylesbury and will run temporarily initially.
Salary: £7.98 with an increase after 12 week period.
Hours: This is a part time position of 26 hours a week; approximate hours are 10.00 - 15.00 TBC
Job Description
This role is a great opportunity to get some experience working in the Courts.
In this position you will be working as an Administrator which will include learning and using specific computer programmes and databases, as well as managing and calling all court service users.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with both the public and your team; controlling documents and corresponding via email and telephone. Having a keen eye for detail is essential in this role to ensure you are logging data correctly as well as giving out the correct information to court service users.
