Job Description

We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Case Administrator to join one of our Government clients in Romford, Essex. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Typing orders
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Post opening and answering phones
  • Managing an inbox, sending, and receiving emails from inside and outside the organisation and sending information to the relevant parties
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external source

Skills required:

  • Good excel skills
  • Good accurate recording and record keeping e.g., Delius
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently via phone, email etc and to remote workforce
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good customer service

Salary: Starting at £9.57 for the first 12 weeks, after this period it will then increase to £11.03 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
