Job Description
We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Case Administrator to join one of our Government clients in Romford, Essex. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Typing orders
- Dealing with correspondence
- Post opening and answering phones
- Managing an inbox, sending, and receiving emails from inside and outside the organisation and sending information to the relevant parties
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external source
Skills required:
- Good excel skills
- Good accurate recording and record keeping e.g., Delius
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently via phone, email etc and to remote workforce
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good customer service
Salary: Starting at £9.57 for the first 12 weeks, after this period it will then increase to £11.03 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
