A government organisation based in Stevenage require a temporary admin officer to work for at least a year.
The role will be based on location at their offices in Stevenage. The pay starts at 9.06 per hour and is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
-Knowledge of excel, word and outlook is essential.
-Role involves money handling, dealing with accounts related enquiries and working with figures.
-Investigating and reconciling figures using financial reports produced from court computer system.
-Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and by correspondence is part of the role and therefore good customer service skills are required. Good verbal and written communication required to draft emails and letters.
-Should be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Work does not involve purchase or sales ledgers
Full vetting and 3 years worth of referencing will be carried out on the successful candidate.
