Job Description

The Ministry of Justice - Admin Officer
Location: Bradford Tribunals- Remote working
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)

Pay: £10.86 per hour

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team at the Bradford Tribunals centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. Carrying out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system. While also processing applications through the courts, tribunals and hearings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings
  • Producing court/tribunal documents
  • Creating and updating records on the in-house computer system
  • Data inputting
  • Post opening and dispatching
  • Dealing with high volumes of Applications
  • Dealing with complaints to do with applications or other probate enquires
  • Drafting standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes and reports
  • Clerking Tribunals and hearings (ensuring papers and materials are available and up to date
  • Processing basic statistical analysis reports

  • Great organisational skills, being able to prioritise own workload
