Pay rate: £11.76 p/hour
Hours: 4pm - 10pm, Mon - Fri (30 hours per week)
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Contract: Temporary - Ongoing
This client is hiring admin officers for multiple departments, so the duties may vary slightly. Your day to day duties may include (but are not limited to):
- opening mail
- filing mail
- taking mail to the correct department
- data entry on Microsoft office (word, excel) and inhouse systems
- updating on case progress
- using Microsoft Outlook to correspond with people internally and externally
- other adhoc admin tasks
For this role, we do ask that you have at least 6 months admin experience.
If you are successful, the role is subject to a Standard DBS check and 3 years referencing history.
