We are currently seeking a number of Administration Officers for our Rugeley based Government Client.
37hrs per week Monday - Friday. Hour flexibility will be required between 8:30am to 4:30pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm.
General office duties to undertake will include:
" Data inputting
" Handling incoming and outgoing mail
" Dealing effectively with all public enquiries
" Checking, validating and amending computer held data
" Payment taking over the telephone (some cash handling)
Training will be provided however, good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel are essential.
This role is subject to a Compliance Clearance and a Disclosure check.
