Job Description
Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

Brook street are recruiting for an Admin officer to work in Loughborough city centre
This a temporary position until March 2025 (with a possibility of extension) but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.
37 hours per week between 8.30am - 5.30pm
Pay rate £11.59 per hour for the first 12 week. After 12 weeks this will increase to £11.88 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
" Customer service via telephone
" Progress Cases through the Court/Tribunal system and provide support to other functions in HMCTS
" Problem Solving. You will refer to problem solving hubs and comprehensive guidelines to support with this
" Inputting Data onto the system
" Preparing Papers
" Creating and updating records
" Email correspondence
" General Administration Duties
Requirements:
" Previous experience in Administration and Call Handling
" Exceptional communication skills
" Good computer skills overall
" Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
" Good attention to detail
" The ability to adapt to change
