Job Description

We are looking for 2 Delivery / Admin Assistants in the Catterick area

The Temporary Worker will include but not be restricted to:

Using available resources, maintain the flow of mail into and out from the DMC to the needs of the customer in accordance with BFPO Key Targets. Sort and despatch mail, both internally and externally generated in accordance with current regulations and local instructions by the DMC Manager.

Mail processing.
Ability to lift 11kg loads unaided and up to 30 kg, with assistance.
Individual must present with have their own Safety Workwear Boots.
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Sorting and distributing mail
Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
Delivering and collection of parcels a van and driver will be provided
There may be some heavy lifting involved in this role
