Admin Support Officer

Job Description

Contract: Temporary, expected until end of March 2019
Location: Newburn Business Park
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5, 37.5 hours a week
Pay Rate: £9.28 p/h

This role is to work within an extremely well known and established public sector organisation and is based in Newburn Business Park.

We are looking for a skilled administrator to fulfil the role, which will include;
-General admin duties
-Email management (monitoring the inboxes)
-Minute taking, around two meetings a week
-Involvement in a variety of meetings - formal and informal meetings, general meetings and telephone meetings
-Some meetings will require action points and bullet points (laptops available or handwritten minutes)
-Arranging meetings, booking venues, booking rooms, arranging travel and diary work
-Typing up agendas
-Some travel required for meeting support - own transport not essential as lifts will be available

To succeed in this role, you'll have a varied administrative background and have an extremely organised approach to work.

This is a temporary role with an expected duration of four months, and we are looking for the correct candidate to start as soon as possible and welcome your application.
