Our client based in BT9 is recruiting an Administrator on a temporary basis
Our Public Sector Client has confirmed that the role is 37 hours per week and the days of work are Monday to Thursday 0830 to 1630 and Friday from 0800 to 1600
A valid Access NI is required before a CV can be submitted to the client
The post holder will provide administrative support to report to the Senior Manager. Ensure all project related information is properly filed on electronic and paper systems as required.
Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact and details of repair/works to be carried out.
Advising Customers of anticipated time scales for repairs/installations and following up requests on work already reported.
Liaising with a range of internal/external departments
Provide administrative support for meetings, including management of room bookings, taking and prompt issue of minutes to all parties
BTEC National, or equivalent, plus 1 year's relevant general administrative experience;
or 5 GCSE O Levels or equivalent plus at least 2 years' relevant general administrative experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.01 per hour
