Our client a professional and very friendly company based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for a Welsh Speaking Administrative Support Officer.
You will be providing a bilingual administrative support to the office and provide facilities support to the Office Manager and offer wider administrative support across the company, the role is busy and full of variety
You will be delivering a friendly and professional bilingual service as first point of contact.
Handling general correspondence and telephone enquiries.
Opening and arranging distribution of all incoming mail.
Overseeing use of conference rooms, booking car rentals, train tickets, air travel and accommodation.
Co-ordinating stationery requirements and maintaining a central office filing system.
Providing administration support to colleagues across the company when required.
