Admin Support Part Time

Job Description

My client is looking for a PART-TIME Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in abbots Langley.

You will be working with in a team and will act as the main point of contact for the Surgical Appliance service. You You will be needed to provide admin support to the surgical appliance outpatient clinics including reception, booking appointments, handling queries over the phone and face to face. You will also be required to liaise with suppliers, raising orders and control stock levels.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team! You must be IT literate, have good communication skills and excellent organisation skills. You must have the ability to prioritise your work and deal with all telephone, email and written communication in a timely manor and order. They are looking for someone who is flexible, eager to learn and have a "can do" attitude!!

This is a PART-TIME role working 26 Hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8-3pm
