Job Title: Admin Team Leader
Job Spec: Manage an Admin Team (up to 10 Admin) alongside supporting other Senior Admin colleagues and Business Manager across the PDU,(Trinity Road Office and Stella Nova) this includes tracking performance, ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to, effectively manage staff & helping to develop staff, communicate effectively with outside agencies, attend and contribute to meetings. Collating and analysing data Working with the views and visions of National Probation Service. Use of Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams. Effective and Excellent communication skills are required for this role with some management experience.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm (one night 1630 finish)
Duration: 22 weeks with a view to extend
Pay rate:10.80 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 12:00 after.
