Job Description
My Public Sector Client based in Central Birmingham, is looking for a 7x Administrators to support their organisation, specifically with administrative duties such as;
-Preparing papers and files
-Dealing with correspondence via email, letters (according to the guidelines)
-Data inputting on internal systems, updating records
-Photocopying and filling
-Liaising with other internal and external departments
- To deliver a helpful, prompt, polite and "right first time" service to our internal and external customers
-Checking the work of others, updating records, assessing the value of goods and/or property, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, information gathering and running straightforward reports.
-Answering telephone calls providing support services to customers and other internal staff
- Post opening and dispatch
- The post holder is required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other duties reasonably requested by line management which may include helping other teams.
Looking for candidates who have a minimum of 12 months Admin experience.
This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, funded by yourself initially, but reimbursed within 4 to 6 weeks on assignment.
This role is paying £8.35 for under 25's or £8.87 for those over 25. After 12 working weeks this will rise to £10.32 for all workers.
