Job Description

A great opportunity has come up for a fantastic client of mine for an experienced Administrator. The ideal candidate will have either temporary recruitment experience or HR experience as you will be required to help with recruitment and creating rota's.

Responsibilities:

  • Storing client and customer data following GDPR regulations
  • Accessing files for clients when necessary.
  • Managing and creating a rota.
  • Helping with recruitment and onboarding including background checks and referencing.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Answering the phone and answering general queries or taking notes.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes.
