Administrator

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum (DOE)

HU15

Hours: Monday-Friday / 08:00am-17:00pm

About

We are currently looking for an Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the Projects department within a premium engineering company based in Yorkshire.

Duties

As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Hiring Equipment
  • Aftersales handover packs
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Support the project managers
  • Reception duties

Required Experience

As an Administrator you should have the following experience:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Experiencing using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, well organised and self-disciplined
  • A good communicator with excellent attention to detail
