Hours: 8am- 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Near Sevenoaks (You must be a driver due to the rural location)
A position has become available working for an extremely well established, local company who are progressive and offer fantastic pay and benefits.
You will have high level administration experience and ideally have an understanding of logistics/shipping or purchasing although this is not essential - candidates with a strong sales order processing/sales administration background will also be considered.
A knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001 is advantageous.
Your duties will include: Inputting and tracking purchase contracts, tracking shipments and container arrivals, processing shipping documents, organising customs clearance, stock transfers, monitor supplier invoices/payments, assisting with stock control, including UK stock counts and much more.
