EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES IN BELFAST
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for Admin Assistants to start in January and February 2022.
The successful candidates will work full-time hours in a government building in Belfast conducting administrative and clerical duties. The hours of work are 0800-1600 from Monday to Friday, the rate of pay starts at £8.91, increases to £9.35 from week 13 onwards, and increases to £9.40 after 6 months. Our client expects these temporary roles to be for a duration of 6-9 months.
Duties in these roles include receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing external mail ensuring that all contents and payment details are recorded accurately, scanning documentation, validating scanned documentation ensuring all information is accurate, sending, receiving, and processing customer queries, and occasionally interacting with the public via written correspondence or telephone.
Our client requires candidates with excellent IT-literacy who are adaptable individuals and have the ability to work quickly and accurately showing great attention to detail whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Computer literacy is absolutely essential as much of the work will be processed through a database.
You will be provided with full training, and will be given support throughout your assignment from our client and Brook Street (UK) Ltd.
