Job Description

One of our Public Sector clients is looking for four Administration Assistants to join their team. This will be a temporary ongoing role based in Birmingham City Centre requiring commitment to full time working.

This role will require you to undertake the following:
- Prepare papers and files
- Produce documents
- General photocopying, scanning and filing
- Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
- Monitoring office email inbox, sifting, linking and delivering to appropriate teams
- Post opening and dispatching

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Be able to work to workload targets (accuracy and punctual)
- Be able to deliver a helpful, prompt and polite service to internal and external customers
- Have a 'right first time' mentality
- Have experience/knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

This role will be office based. A disclosure check and three years of referencing material will be required.

These roles will be offering a rate of £8.91 per hour.
