Our client based in Cardiff a well established and very successful family business is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their upbeat and very happy team. This is a full time role offering flexible working hours and onsite parking with support and development from day one.
The admin assistant will be required to
" Deal with all order processing administration
" Contact business clients by phone and establish good business relationships
" Updating and maintaining files
" Answering the telephone & dealing with queries
" Processing paperwork - confirmations, invoices etc & maintaining the established paperwork systems
" Liaise with production on progress of orders.
" Ensure all documents are filled correctly and archive completed orders.
" Assist with general administrative duties around the office as required.
