A well established company in Rugby are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work as a fundamental part of their small team.
This role will be an all round role covering duties from both the Accounts department and Sales department.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Posting and processing cheques
- Being first port of call for answering phones in order to take customers sales orders
- Processing sales orders through the ordering system
- General sales and accounts administration
The successful candidate will be able to confidently use Microsoft Word and Excel, with use of Sage being a bonus! You must be personable and happy to work in a small team of 4.
You are entitled to 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, business close down over Christmas and free parking right outside the business.
This role is a temporary to permanent position, with a permanent contract being offered at the beginning of your 13th week.
Interviews are being held on week commencing 26/11/18, with a proposed start date of 07/01/19.
