Job Description

Our client based very close to Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff a well established and very successful business is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a full time role offering flexible working hours and onsite parking with management and team support and development from day one. The role is very rewarding with plenty of variety of duties working with such a fabulous team.

The admin assistant will be required to
" Deal with all order processing administration
" Contact business clients by phone and establish good business relationships
" Updating and maintaining files
" Answering the telephone & dealing with queries
" Processing paperwork - confirmations, invoices etc & maintaining the established paperwork systems
" Liaise with production on progress of orders.
" Assist with general administrative duties around the office as required.
