We have a fantastic opportunity working for our large-scale government client as a temporary Admin Assistant Counter in Liverpool City Centre. The role would be paid at £9.50 per hour. It will be working Monday to Friday 9-5pm and every other week on a Saturday with a day off in the week.
Counter Service within Customer Service Offices and Centres will contribute to safeguarding identity through managing customers arriving to counter services and carrying out related activities to deliver a world class customer service within the Customer Service Network
- Greet all customers and visitors at reception and provide appropriate assistance
- Effectively organise the daily appointments, welcoming customers, setting expectations, explaining the process, putting customers at ease and handling queries including complaints
- Check customers in for appointment at the appropriate time, complete required checks and establish if applicant is fit for interview
- Plan and prepare for all allotted interviews, ensuring that any required special arrangements are facilitated
