Job Description

My public sector client based in Lichfield is looking for an Administrator for their Hazardous Waste Area Team. This is a temporary assignment for 9 months, Monday to Friday paying £10.27 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week. This role will initially be fully on site whilst you are training, then flexible with hybrid working after.

The role is to support the team through electronic data management, looking after department inboxes and monitoring if items need to be prioritised, forwarded or escalated to other team members.

You must also be proficient in using Excel and data base systems to log information accurately and efficiently. You will also be required to support and process procurement requests for the team to ensure that appropriate equipment and supplies are available to enable them to perform their roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong data base and organisational experience. You must have an attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment. You will be articulate, an excellent communicator and effective team player.

This role will require a DBS clearance and three years' referencing.
