Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a Administration Assistant for a client located in Braintree.

You will be providing administration to the Sales Administrator, Sales Manager and Managing Director. Dealing with incoming calls and managing enquiries and processing orders. Updating the sales order file , adding and amending information to the system.
Producing delivery notes for consignments, contacting freight carriers as required, entering consignments onto shipping system and liaising with the Production team as necessary.
Maintaining a daily analysis of all orders shipped and received and carrying out ad hoc tasks within the department helping the office run smoothly.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm working a 39 hour week.
