Your role will be administrative within the Project Management team, you will be supporting the Project Team Manager and Project Engineer. Your duties will include:
Recording invoices for subcontract work
Ensuring all invoices are signed and approved
Assessment of timesheet entries
Operations and maintenance information to be collated and issued to clients
You will be forward thinking, able to work under pressure, to manage multiple tasks and think outside the box.
You must have office experience and worked within an administrative role previously, ideally within a similar role however this is not essential. You will be confident using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Your salary will be between £21,000-£23,000 + benefits to include private medical insurance, free parking, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, life insurance and much more...
