Job Description

An Administration Assistant position is available in Central London paying up to £20,000+Benefits

I am currently working with a firm of Charted Accountants and Business Consultants in the heart of Central London, recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to an office based environment, confident in using Excel and Outlook, with GCSEs in Maths and English at least grade C upwards. PLEASE NOTE there is very limited opportunity for progression within this role, so please be mindful of this.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for organising paper reports and filing system, printing and sending out payslips, running reports, providing excellent customer service by answering telephone queries and taking messages in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include general administration work and providing support to the Payroll team.
