A fantastic opportunity has opened up to work full time in a temporary position in Liverpool, within a Government body as an Administration Assistant. The pay rate starts of at £7.83 for the first 12 weeks then goes up to £8.72. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 37 hours a week. This role is for approx 8 months with possible extension of assignment.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, they will need to follow set procedures and will exercise
some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
" Sorting and distributing mail
" Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
" Data entry on in-house systems
" Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
