You will be required to contact customers both written and verbal, produce and send sales invoices, generate statements and chase outstanding payments by email and telephone, allocate payments and respond to queries, general administration and daily filing, scanning and archiving.
Administration experience is a must, you will have excellent verbal and written communication, a confident telephone manner, be computer literate including Excel, be highly numerate and able to work as part of a team and independently. No accounts experience needed.
The company benefits include: Free parking, 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, the working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-5pm Friday
Your salary will be £18,000-£22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
