Job Description

Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

A local client are looking for a new sales administrator/customer service advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for inputting orders, dealing with customer enquiries, communicating with customers face to face, via email, letters and telephone, keeping up to date customer records, providing product knowledge and handling complaints.

You will need to be empathetic towards customers and able to work in a busy and high pressured environment.
