My clients are leaders within the legal services market, with top-tier classification in both the Chambers UK Directory and the Legal 500 Directory and have cemented their long- standing reputation for quality. Due to continued growth they are now searching for an Administration Assistant.
To join the administration team based in our office in the heart of Newcastle your duties will include:
" Filing, scanning, archiving and destroying files
" Collecting and distributing post
" Ensure all office equipment is kept in good working order, referring any problems to the Practice Support Manager
" Service various department when necessary
" Attendance at and participation in meetings as and when required
" Preparation of refreshments for meetings and training as and when required
" Other duties of an administrative nature may be required periodically.
The successful candidate will:
" Be efficient and organised
" Hard working and reliable
" Have the ability to think clearly and logically
" Be able to work under pressure
" Manage your workload efficiently, competently and cost effectively
" Be honest, tolerant, have common sense and a great sense of humour
