My client in Tonbridge are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Your duties will include:
" Answering telephone calls
" Greeting visitors and arranging lunch (when required)
" Manage incoming & outgoing post (and franking machine)
" Barcoding & Scanning
" Electronic (Filestream) and paper filing
" Stationery Ordering
" Replenishing office supplies
" Input customers' sales orders
" General office duties
