Job Description

The Ministry of Justice - Administration Assistant
Location: Wakefield Civil Justice Centre
Salary: £8.21ph
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)


Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Assistant to join the Team at the Wakefield Civic Justice Centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Wakefield - WF1. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will be assisting the Administration Officers with their duties.


Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Administration Officers with their duties, supporting where possible
- General Ad hoc duties such as photocopying and filing
- Using the in-house computer system and linking the correspondence
- Sorting incoming e-mails and post
- Using the Case Management System
- Answering the phone and taking messages


What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good face to face customer service skills essential
- Ability to work on your own initiative and unsupervised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent sickness record
