Job Description

Salary: £18-20,000
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am -6pm with 1hr lunch and 1 in 3 Saturday's you would work 9am-3pm with 30mins lunch.

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who will be responsible for processing client files and ensuring best practice is adhered to across the business as well as assisting the accounts department where necessary. So being good with numbers would help in this role! You will also be responsible for answering general queries from customers and liaise with them via phone and email and other general administration and customer service duties.

Ideally, you will have experience in complaint handling and have the ability to remain calm in high pressure situations.
