General Duties to include but not limited to:
Switchboard cover, general typing, meeting and greeting visitors, maintaining accurate records / activity logs, issuing of permits, carrying out fire alarm tests / drills.
Document / drawing control, ad hoc and general admin duties as required.
Any necessary training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of grade A-C in three separate subjects including
Maths and English, have excellent written and spoken English, excellent skills in Microsoft Word & Excel, good typing speed (minimum 60wpm), ability to work as an individual as well as in a team,
good telephone manner, good time management, good organisational abilities, excellent attention to detail, be flexible, approachable, positive and enthusiastic, previous experience in an administrative role ideally within a corporate environment.
Nearest train station: Barking (15 minutes walk to to site)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (one hour for lunch)
Holidays: 27 days in total
Salary: Negotiable depending on suitability and experience
