Administration Assistant

Job Description

Have you studied Media/ TV Production/ Film/ Editing or similar at A'Level or Degree Level? Are you looking to kick start your career within one of these industries? If so, please apply today!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really friendly, welcoming and vibrant office where no industry experience is required! You must have some form of Customer Service experience and ideally worked within an office before however this part is not essential.

You will be required to answer incoming calls and deal with where appropriate, provide quotes to clients, respond to client queries regarding ongoing jobs, assist in preparing job costings and much more.

You must be able to drive as this company is rural, have a good level of education, an excellent telephone manner and proven customer service skills along with a passion for film/media/TV or similar.

Your working hours will be 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, you will receive full on the job training (this is a 3 month training schedule) and the opportunity to progress and grow within the company.
