Job Description

A great opportunity has opened to work within the public sector in Liverpool City Centre in a long term temporary position as an Administration Assistant. The role is to carry out administrative support activities to support the network.

Skills required include:

- Sorting and distributing mail

- Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data

- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages

Typical qualifications and experience:

- Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent

- NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

Pay, hours of work and benefits:

  • An hourly rate of £11.30 p/h
  • Working Monday - Friday
  • A long term temporary contract and pension scheme
