Job Description
An exciting new Facilities Assistant opportunity has arisen for one of our clients based in St Albans. This role has a great deal of variety and if you enjoy being busy this could be the job for you!
Day to day duties:
- Postal duties, sorting and dispatching
- Managing stationery orders and dealing with faulty equipment concerns as well as looking after a central email system
- You will be responsible for making sure the area is kept to a high cleanliness specification, ordering and replenishing catering supplies such as tea and coffee
- Part of your role will be covering reception and a smart professional image is required
To be considered for this role you will need a full, clean driving licence, be computer literate as well as computer literacy, great communication skills and friendly personality
You will be entitled to a pension scheme, have break out areas for your lunch, access to medical care, free tea and coffee and some shared parking.
Salary: £17,000 - 17,500
Hours: 08:30 - 18:00, and until 8pm each Wednesday
