My client is looking for versatile and skilled administrators to join their company within either the sales team or the finance team in Stokenchurch to undertake a variety of day to day office and clerical tasks.
Within this role, you will be expected too:
o Follow office workflow procedures to ensure efficiency
o Filling/ organising paperwork
o Responding to customers via the phone, emails and social media
o Data Entry
o Sending/ following up customers with documentation
Some of the required skills that they`d want you to have involve:
o Excellent analytic skills
o Process Driven
o Exceptional attention to detail
o Communication skills at all levels
o Ability to work in a pressurised environment
o Competent using Microsoft Office and Social Media
The hours of work is 9AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch with a salary of £20000 with performance related bonuses once the 6 month probation has been completed.
