Job Description

Have you got administrative or customer service experience, ideally within insurance or claims focused sectors? Would you like to work with a globally known financial company?

Please be aware when applying for this role, it will initially start as a maternity cover, fixed term contract with the possibility of being made permanent after an 8-month period.

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Ellesmere Port area, you will be expected to provide key administrative support and handle enquiries from scheme members, employers or HR contacts.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive salary of £18,000 per annum (basing this pro rata off the maternity cover basis).
Working hours are 0900-1700, Mon-Fri.

22 days holidays + other benefits.

Day to day duties in this role will include:

Processing and recording changes to member's personal details.
Checking and issuing policy documents alongside issuing annual statements to members.
Uploading monthly premiums to the company's in-house system.
Liaising with a wide range of contacts (providers, clients, customers, and advisers) as and when necessary.
Setting up clients and running monthly reports on the online benefits portal.
Managing and uploading any changes on the portal daily.

To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

1-2 years experience in an administrative or claims handler / customer service focused role.
Comfortable liaising with clients and customers over the phone.

As per above, it would be ideal for a prospective candidate to drive due to the office's location or live in close proximity to the Ellesmere Port area due to the lack of public transport routes.
